Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 26-year-old female and I am having pimple breakouts for about three weeks now. I am 160 centimeters tall and my weight is 174 lbs. I do not have flawless skin, I have pimples most of the time but lately, I am having breakouts. Usually, I have pimples when I am about to have my period but it fades a week after my period. But now, it is persistent, reddish, and itchy and some are big pimples that leave scars and some are small. I drink vitamin C and collagen juice once a day for four days and the breakout started before I started drinking collagen juice. Please give me some advice.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and understand your concern.
I will suggest you do not worry at all. The problem seems to be associated with changed hormonal levels. Alone medicines will not work permanently.
The following tips should be followed for better results:
Wake up early and go for a morning walk regularly till good sweating.
Take salads, vegetable soups, fruits more.
Take flax seeds regularly twice a day.
Take tablet Purim or Amy pure (contains Azadirachta Indica), two tablets, three times a day for 12 weeks.
Use an herbal face wash regularly.
Can use aloe vera SPF (sun protection factor) cream locally.
Send me a follow-up after seven days.
I hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards.
