Which skin care products are good for sensitive acne-prone skin?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I want to know about my face skin. My skin is sensitive and acne-prone, with skin thinning, and I have fine lines under my under eye, upper eyelid, and forehead. At the age of 20, my skin has become so thin. My skin is not like before. Can you please suggest some measures for my skin?

Please help me.

Thanks.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

I am very sorry about your medical condition, and I am glad that you are paying attention to changes in your body system. But do not worry, I am here to take care of you. Regarding your symptoms, I believe you have developed a skin dermopathy that is sensitive to changes in cosmetics, soap, cream, or sunlight, which I believe may be aggravating acne spots. Please do a skin-scrapping test and reply to me with the result. Please use the following to help out:

Topical 0.2 % Tacrolimus cream or Hydrocortisone cream twice daily for one month.

Reply to me if you have more concerns or questions.

I hope this information helps you.

Thank you.
