Hello doctor,

I have been experiencing quite a bit of stress lately, especially with work deadlines and personal responsibilities piling up. I am a 29-year-old woman. I have noticed that it is starting to affect my sleep and my ability to concentrate during the day.

  1. Do you have any recommendations for managing stress more effectively?
  2. Should I get myself checked for any health issues?
  3. I feel it is mainly due to stress. What are the best ways to balance work and life?
  4. How to avoid getting stressed?

Please help.

Thank you.
