What is the treatment for acute urticaria?

Hello doctor,
My mom have acute urticaria problem from four weeks and she uses Deltacortil 5 mg, Fexofenadine 180 mg, Ebastine 20mg, and Famotadine 40 mg but no recovery. Please advice medication to recover.

It seems that your mom are suffering from acute urticaria The fiollowing are the causes of acute urticaria. • Infections (bacterial, viral, fungal, parasitic). • Drugs (pain killers or antibiotics). • Certain foods and food additives/preservatives.
You have to rule out the cause for permanent cure. She can take Levocetrizene and Monteleucast combination once daily for around one month also take deworming tablet Albendazole 400 mg single dose once only. A topical soothing lotion like calamine local application twice daily for five to seven days will also help her.
