My opinion is:

1. The patient received the treatment per guidelines with a good response.

2. He received all the significant medications effective for this type of lung cancer.

3. Now, I favor only symptomatic treatment like nutrition, pain control, etc. I am not in favor of aggressive treatment at this stage.
