I have been suffering from adenocarcinoma lung stage IV for four years and undergoing regular chemotherapy. Now, the disease is in progress. I am currently seeking a second opinion for suitable treatment. Please help.

I understand your concern.

My opinion is:

1. The patient received the treatment per guidelines with a good response.

2. He received all the significant medications effective for this type of lung cancer.

3. Now, I favor only symptomatic treatment like nutrition, pain control, etc. I am not in favor of aggressive treatment at this stage.
