This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello,

I am 35 years old and I am feeling overwhelmed by this constant psychological stress. It is like a heavy weight on my shoulders that I cannot shake off. Every day feels like a battle just to keep it together. I am constantly on edge, feeling anxious and irritable all the time. I cannot seem to concentrate on anything, and even simple tasks feel like they are piling up into insurmountable mountains. My sleep is disturbed, and I wake up feeling exhausted like I never really got any rest. I know I need help, but I do not know where to turn. It is like I'm drowning in this endless sea of stress and I cannot find a way out. Kindly help.

Thank you.
