I am a 32-year-old female who just received a positive HIV test result from a home testing kit. I am incredibly anxious and have not told anyone yet. Can you help me understand what the next steps should be? How accurate are these home testing kits? I read about antiretroviral therapy online. How soon would I need to start treatment if the diagnosis is confirmed? My main concern is that I have not had any symptoms at all. Is this normal?
