Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I have a pimple that has been there for months and does not go. It keeps getting hard, and after I remove the surface, it gets hard again. My current medications include; diabetic medicine, Glyxambi (Empagliflozin 25 mg or Linagliptin 5 mg), and Concor 2.5 mg.
Kindly help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I went through your reports (the attachments removed).
I am very sorry about your medical condition and I am glad that you are paying attention to changes in your body system. But do not worry. I am here to take care of you. Regarding your symptoms and picture sent, I strongly believe it is not a pimple but rather a benign tumor that may lead to malignant melanoma if poorly managed. Please do a skin biopsy and reply me with result.
I advise you to do the following:
Topical application of 0.2 % dexamethasone cream twice daily for one month.
Kindly consult a specialist doctor, talk with them, and take medications with their consent.
I hope that you got your answer.
Please let me know if you need help.
Thank you.
