Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 25 years old. I am fit physically and mentally. But I have some skin problems on my backside. There are a lot of black marks on my shoulders and the backside. Please suggest any lotion, cream, or soap for this condition.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

The details you have provided are not sufficient to make a complete diagnosis. We need more details, so please tell us what is the climatic condition in your area. Do you sweat a lot? Do you scratch your back frequently? Are you eating nutritious food?

I am, however, suggesting some lotion and medicines. You may try these. However, please get back to us with all details so we can help you better. (Consult your specialist doctor, talk with them, and take medications with their consent.)

Histocalamine lotion (Calamine, Aloe vera, Camphor, and Glycerine) for applying over the back. Apply twice daily after the bath. Take a bath daily. Use a mild glycerine-based soap and do not use the same soap for the genitals and the same for the rest of the body. Also, use separate towels for the body, face, and genitals. Wash your clothes frequently. Do not wear the same clothes many times. Take a multivitamin tablet daily.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
