Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I am a 23-year-old male. My height is 6 feet, and my weight is 143 lbs. I have something coming out of my penis from the smooth skin right below the head of the penis. The skin that relaxes and stretches is black-headed on the top and yellowish, and it looks like blackheads on the face.
Please help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern.
Please share a picture of the affected area. If there was unprotected sex, one needs to think of sexually transmitted infection. So, I suggest you do the following tests:
Otherwise, it can be a simple bacterial infection. I suggest you use ointment Mupirocin for local application and Doxycycline 100 mg twice a day for five days. If there is itching, it might be a fungal infection. For that, Beclomethasone and Clotrimazole combination ointment is suggested for local application, and for itching, take a tablet of Cetirizine once a night. Make sure you wash your genitalia twice a day, morning and night. Use normal water and no cold or hot water. Do not use heavy pH soap.
I hope this helps.
Follow up if you have more doubts.
Kind regards.
