I am 24 years old and I take a shower every day but still smell like semen i have had this problem for more than a year now and it is devastating. I have become afraid of masturbation. Kindly suggest.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your query and understand your concern. With your descriptions, it seems you have bromhidrosis or body odor. Excessive sweating is always associated with odor. It can be due to hormones and bacterial reactions. Obesity, diabetes, and thyroid may also cause this. As you are overweight you must check your thyroid and diabetes. Sometimes, it is natural and not associated with any disease. You can try Aldry lotion (Aluminium chlorohydrate and Aqua) which has anti-sweating properties over areas like armpits. Use deodorants and perfumes. Avoid fatty and spicy food and also avoid tight clothes. I hope you find this helpful.

Thank you.
