Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 30-year-old female. I have a fuzzy head, mainly in the mornings, and I have read online about this. It includes stuff like elimination of diet, early menopause, etc. I think it may be due to something like this. I have no pain in my head, but sometimes it makes me anxious and feel sick. I also have asthma.
Please help.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Fuzzy head or brain fog can be due to a lot of causes. Most commonly, patients present to us with a fuzzy head after improper sleep for a long time (insomnia), long-term stress at the workplace, or too much caffeine or caffeinated drinks. Some medical causes can be low hemoglobin (anemia), hypotension, weakness due to improper diet, due to malabsorption, etc.
We can not attribute the cause to early menopause. Early menopause is considered only when patients experience menopause around 35-40 years of age. You are too young to attribute this cause to early menopause.
I will advise you to get the following tests done:
Once you have the reports ready, you can contact us, and we will help you. Make sure that you are not too anxious because stress will further worsen the symptoms. So try to eat well and stay healthy for the time being. Take a multivitamin supplement like Cobadex (vitamins B and C) once daily, and also take the tablet Evion (vitamin E).
I hope it helps.
Thank you.
