Is it concerning to have a painless, slightly firm bump on the penis skin?

Hi doctor,

I noticed a bump on my penis skin after I came home from work the day before yesterday. It is painless and slightly firm to the touch, and it moves when the foreskin is moved. It does not bother me, and I do not feel it or notice it unless I see it. Since I was at work all day shooting video, and it was hot and humid, I was wondering if not showering may have caused it. Please give your opinion.

Are you diabetic or hypertensive?
Have you had any surgeries in the past?
So, has this swelling only been there for the last few days?
Have you experienced anything similar in the past?
Is there any history of unprotected sexual activity, especially with a new partner in the last month or so?

Based on the images, it looks like humidity may have caused it, especially if you have not had a shower and were using tight underwear. Please revert back with the details, and I will prescribe some treatment.

Based on what you have mentioned, I do not think there is anything to worry about. This is just a small infection in the sweat glands of the penile skin. Here are my recommendations:

Keep the area clean and dry. Hot and humid conditions promote these infections.
Use ointment Surfaz SN (a combination of Clotrimazole, Neomycin, and Betamethasone) twice a day for seven days.

Things should get better in a couple of days.
