Calf stretches help loosen and strengthen the calf muscles to provide better support for the lower leg. Lean towards the wall until the stretch is felt on one calf and hold for 3 minutes. Then switch to the other leg. This has to be performed in three sets and twice daily. This is the most common and easiest stretch usually performed.
