What is the treatment of persistent cold?

1. Tablet Levocetirizine 10 mg once before sleeping.
2. Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg twice a day after meal
3. Take these medications for three days, and everything will be fine.
4. Do you have redness at the back of your mouth?
5. Are there any difficulties in swallowing?
6. What dosage of Amoxicillin did you take? And how many times a day?
