Hi doctor,

I am a 29-year-old male, 100 % vegetarian, nonsmoker and non-drinker. My meal timing is up to three to four days in one week. I have been suffering from hyperacidity since 2012 and constipation since 2013. And I underwent laparoscopy surgery to remove a stone (16 mm) from the urine bladder. Now my constipation and hyperacidity problem is high. When I eat normal vegetarian food feel light pain in my stomach and heaviness in my whole stomach. And many times feel brain is upset like as pain in the right side and heaviness. Kindly see my latest reports. I am taking Rabekind DSR for one week and a homeopathy medicine R27 for removing a stone (3 mm) in my left kidney. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I want to assure you do not worry as everything will be fine if proper care and treatment are opted in for. I have thoroughly gone through your case and can well understand your genuine health concerns.

You also have a high acidity issue that may be due to the Helicobacter pylori infection. So I preferably suggest you go for the tests given below. Also, we have to see your vitamin levels.I have gone through your blood work; fortunately, you have a good iron profile and no diabetes too. An unremarkable finding of macrocytes seen in the blood may be due to vitamin deficiency but no worries, as you do not have clinical issues.

I suggest you have a urea breath test, Helicobacter pylori serology tests, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin D levels.

I suggest you take Pantocid L (Pantoprazole and Levosulpiride) orally.

It would help if you started protein diets too eggs, salmon and dairy products. This is very important for you.

I hope it helps you today.

If you have any further queries, feel free to contact me.

Kind regards.
