Hello doctor,
The skin around the tip of my penis is darker and there is a white spot because of a little wound that I had. How can I make the skin normal again?

I understand your concern.
The white spot seems to be due to some fungal infection following friction injuries during masturbation. Darker skin is due to the same reason. Avoid masturbation totally for a few weeks. Clean the area with soap and water regularly. Apply candid total plus cream (Clobetasol, Miconazole, and Neomycin) twice a day. I suggest you to take the following medications.
Take tablet Fluconazole 150 mg once daily.
Take a tablet Bilastine once daily for seven days.
Take a multivitamin tablet once daily for six weeks.
Consult a specialist, talk to them, and take medications with their consent.
