Deep Sleep

Deep sleep is a stage in the sleep cycle of an individual. After, the rapid eye movement stage of sleep comes non-rapid eye movement sleep. And deep sleep is the third stage of non-rapid eye movement sleep, where the brain and heart function is at their minimum. The brain hardly sends out any electrical signals at this stage, and maximum tissue repair and rejuvenation happen in deep sleep.
