Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a lazy person. I feel discouraged. I do not have any will inside me to work hard. My exams are near. I need to learn how to study. I become angry and shout at others and discourage each other every time, including repeating past crises of the family. Every time my brain is not working. I get angry when I get bad grades.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to iclniq.com.

I understand your concern.

It is understandable to feel overwhelmed and discouraged, especially with exams approaching. Feeling lazy, needing more motivation, having an extensive syllabus, and living in a stressful home environment can make studying daunting. However, remember that these challenges are addressable, and there are steps you can take to move forward. Acknowledge your emotions. It is alright to feel overwhelmed and discouraged. Do not judge yourself for how you are feeling. Recognizing your feelings is the first step towards addressing them. Are there specific aspects of the syllabus you find particularly challenging? Is the pressure from your family environment adding to your stress? Recognizing the factors contributing to your lack of motivation can help you strategize solutions.

I hope this information will help you.

Thanks.
