Hello doctor,
I am 38 years old, my weight is 185 pounds, and my height is 173.7 cm. This started about five years ago. I have been to the hospital a few times, but currently, I am not on any medication. I always felt sleepy, tired, and weak, even though I did not do any hard work.
Sometimes, I feel a sharp pain in my head and a freezing sensation in my head. I have a serious burning sensation in my foot anytime I stand for a while. I always feel sleepy and find it very hard to wake up in the morning. I have done an HIV test and a kidney function test. But they are all negative.
