Patient's Query

Hello,

In the last 12 months, I have undergone several ECGs at rest, and there seems to be some discrepancy among cardiologists regarding the interpretation. Do you notice any anomalies? Could a diagnosis of low voltage be possible? My ECHO, stress ECG, and Holter 24 hours results have all been normal. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understood your concern. Actually, I have reviewed your report (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity) do not see any anomalies in your ECG (electrocardiogram), but there is a slightly increased heart rate, which could be attributed to stress or various other factors. So, there is no need to worry. I suggest you reduce your salt and coffee intake. In addition, I suggest you perform regular exercise as it can greatly improve your condition. Since your 2D echo and Holter reports are normal, they provide more confirmation. These reports are more reliable than the ECG, so we should trust the 2D echo results. Could you please send me your 2D echo report? I also need to inquire if you smoke or consume alcohol. Furthermore, do you experience any form of stress in your daily life? I hope this has helped you. Kindly follow up with requested information.

Thank you.
