What are the treatments for erectile dysfunction?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 34-year-old male with no medical difficulties. My wife and I are planning to have a kid and have been trying for the past two months. We have been romantically involved, but we have only attempted actual intercourse in the past two months. When we have intercourse, my penis becomes hard, but during penetration, I lose the erection while looking for the hole, thus I am unable to finish or ejaculate. Please advise how to resolve this issue.

Kindly help.
