Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for your reply.

Please help me.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

  1. LFT (liver function test): Liver enzymes, namely SGOT and SGPT, are elevated, and rest values are normal.
  2. Lipid profile is deranged with high total cholesterol and LDL (low-density lipid) cholesterol.
  3. The present value of LFT reflects fatty liver.

Fatty liver treatment requires diet modification and lifestyle changes, including exercise in daily life. Do not worry about the LFT report; however, you need above to follow the above advice. If you take alcohol, kindly avoid taking it. You can do USG (ultrasonography) whole abdomen scan to confirm fatty liver in the ultrasound. It is important for you to improve Lipid values and bring them into the normal range. It includes avoidance of fatty food and daily aerobic exercise of at least 45 mins a day.

Please follow up if you have any further related queries about it.

Thanks you.
