Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I have had a high fever for the last six days. I am taking a combination of zinc, neem, tulsi, Dolo 650, vitamin B, cod liver capsules, and chyawanprash twice daily. Both the COVID rapid rate polymerase and the COVID antigen are negative. Earlier, I had a fever due to urinary tract infections. So I took one Fosfomycin sachet yesterday and am slightly better today. I am not sure of anything. I need your suggestion about the treatment or prescription and a medical certificate stating that I am not fit to work and advised bed rest. Kindly help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and can understand your concern.
There are many types of infection. As you frequently suffer from a urine infection, please investigate your urine (routine, culture, and sensitivity). I suggest a Tablet of Doxycycline (tetracycline antibiotics)100 mg, one tablet orally 12 hourly for eight days for urinary tract infections.
I hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards.

You will receive the relevant letters from our technician. Please contact our technical staff in writing so they can provide you with a documented prescription. I can provide you with recommendations for your treatments. For leave, the legitimacy of a written physical prescription is substantially greater. Our technical staff is excellent resources. They can provide you with a prescription with my name and the clinic's names.
I hope this helps.
Thank you and take care.
Regards.
