Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 34-year-old male with a height of 170 cm and a weight of 86 kilograms. I am a non-smoker and do not drink alcohol. Currently, my problems are gas formation, an uneasy feeling in my stomach after taking food, and a lack of energy. My bowel does not get clear properly and I feel tired often after doing some hard work. My heartbeat becomes too fast during this time. I also get breathing problems after running. Do I have non-alcoholic liver disease?

Kindly help.

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

I understand your concern. It seems to be due to lack of exercise, constipation, and consumption of oily spicy foods. Do an ultrasound of the abdomen and liver function test to know the current status of the liver. I suggest you to follow a few instructions mentioned below.

  1. Go for walks regularly.
  2. Do yoga and pranayam regularly for better digestion.
  3. Eat salads and fruits more.
  4. Take antacids on an empty stomach.
  5. Take a tablet Digipen twice a day after food.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
