Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

This is for my son. He is working in a company. Two months ago he had a full body check done by his company. (All results attached) showing everything was normal. But one month ago he started having symptoms like a stomach feeling full when he is eating little. Recently he visited a gastro doctor and advised endoscopy (results attached). Is it any dangerous issue? Why are gastric polyps forming? Is it curable and normal? Kindly advice. After taking the tablet he is feeling normal. We are worried about the biopsy result.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com

His 2d echo reports (attachment removed to protect patient's identity) are normal. Gastroscopy suggests lax GE junction is common. Polyp is also common. It is not any kind of malignancy or any other serious issue. It seems to be due to lack of exercise, improper diet, lack of proper sleep, and consumption of oily spicy foods and non-veg foods. Please send me details of his current medicines.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com

I suggest you ask him to follow waking up early for a morning walk regularly till good sweating. Do yoga and pranayam regularly. Take more salads and fruits. Take milk regularly. Avoid oily spicy foods and non-veg foods for a few months. Avoid water during food. Take water one hour after food always. Continue current medicine and add, Tablet bandy plus, one dose only. Kindly follow up after seven days. I hope I have cleared all your doubts.

Thank you.
