How to manage skin problem?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a skin problem. I want glass skin and also a glow and bright skin without pigmentation.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

I advise you to do the following:

  1. Adopt a good skin care routine.

  2. Avoid skin products that sting or burn on application or cause breakouts.

  3. Wash the face with Ethiglo. Wash it twice daily for two weeks (for glow).

  4. Apply Episoft AC cream (sunscreen with moisturizer) in the daytime for two weeks.

  5. Use Sper sunscreen (Oxybenzone and Zinc oxide) lotion daily. (20 minutes before going outdoors in the sun).

  6. Eat a diet rich in antioxidants, zinc, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamins A and C.

  7. Drink plenty of water.

  8. Avoid midday sun.

I need to assess your skin type, tone, or texture so that I can guide you with an appropriate skin care routine.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
