Hi,

Thank you for stopping by!

I am here to provide an expert opinion on your medical issues.

I have read your concern.

I would like to get back with a picture for the review for a better evaluation of the case. About 75 to 100 hairfalls every day is very normal. It should be considered as hair loss only if hair fall is more than this limit. Generalized hair falls in females are mostly due to stress, poor sleep, poor nutrition, and excessive blood loss during menstruation. Stress alopecia is also common in those who tie their hair very tight, which creates tension in the root causing hair fall. Straightening and other procedures also weaken the hair roots. Other conditions like fever, typhoid, malaria, thyroid, etc., can also cause hair fall, but these are less common. Regarding treatment, have good sleep. Eat proper food with green vegetables and fruits. Take multivitamin like tablet Follihair (Biotin 10 mg, Iron 8 mg, l-cysteine 5 mg, Manganese 5 mg, Copper 2 mg, Selenium 50 mcg, L-lysine 20 mg, Zinc 25 mg, DL-methionine 40 mg, Calcium Pantothenate 50 mg, and Niacinamide 50 mg) or Xtraglo (Pantothenic acid 50.0 mg, Nicotinamide 50.0 mg, Methyl sulfonyl methane 48.0 mg, L Methionine 40.0 mg, Zinc sulfate monohydrate 22.5 mg, L Lysine monohydrate 20.0 mg, L Cysteine 100.0 mg, Biotin 10.0 mg, Iron 8.0 mg, Copper 2.0 mg and Selenium 50.0 mcg) for at least three months. Consult our doctor and take the medicines accordingly. I suggest checking your blood hemoglobin. If it is less, then you should start an iron and folic acid supplement. Also, check for thyroid and diabetes to rule out other causes. You can use Follihair hair serum daily in the morning (local application) and 2% minoxidil 1ml (local application) during the night.

I hope this information will help you. Please revert in case of further queries.

Thank you.
