Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 21.5-year-old boy with a height of 5 feet 6 inches, weighing around 116.85 pounds. Having hair fall with a receding hairline, I am using Minoxidil for seven months but there is some baby hair growth only.

Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

Relax and make yourself stress-free.

  1. Use Xgain shampoo twice weekly for six weeks.

  2. Apply Q sera hair serum in the morning for one month.

  3. Tablet Zinc once a day after dinner for one month.

  4. Can continue Minoxidil 5 percent solution 1ml twice daily in the morning and evening for three months.

  5. Eat a diet rich in antioxidants, zinc,omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and protein.

  6. Eliminate stress.

  7. Exercise regularly to keep the hormonal balance intact.

  8. Avoid hot shower baths.

  9. Avoid the use of harsh shampoos loaded with chemicals.

I hope this helps.

Kindly follow up if you have more concerns.

Thank you.
