How to get rid of rashes and scar spots?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been facing problems with rashes for the past 10 months. It started during summer when some housework was going on, and electricity was not there for a few hours. At the same time, I had my periods, and to avoid any leakage, I used two pads, making it longer till my waist. This has caused me normal rashes and now more on my butt area with little scar spots.

I peel it sometimes, thinking the new skin will come up as it may have dried out, but it did not. What should I apply? I tried Borolin Boro Plus, but it is not working. How do I clear the rashes and scars?

Please help.
