Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understood your concern.

Firstly, I would like to inform you that height is a multifactorial trait and is dependent on many things, such as diet, exercise, lifestyle, genetic potential, etc. The one most often ignored is the genetic potential. The natural range for a child's height is the average of the parents' height. Medical aid can be beneficial in cases wherein the child has not yet reached the genetic potential. However, if your height is within your genetic potential, there is little to no benefit of taking supplements to increase your height; but lifestyle changes, including exercises that include jumping and stretching can help augment your height. As a final piece of advice, I would like to add that part of the bones that grow to increase height fuses at around 17 to 18 years for females. So, any intervention at this point would provide no results. I hope this has helped you.

Kindly follow up if you have more doubts.

Thank you.
