Does Lanadelumab help prevent swelling attacks of HAE?

I am 48 years old, and I have HAE. I began preventive treatment recently, but the fear of attacks is still very real. I have had fewer attacks since I started treatment, but not none and that scares me.

Does Takhzyro stop all swelling attacks in people with HAE?
Are occasional episodes common?
Do you expect breakthrough attacks even on this medication?
Do I need to keep carrying rescue medication with me at all times, even if I seem stable?

Living on constant alert is exhausting, and I want to understand what realistic disease control looks like. I want to be prepared, but I also want to live without the constant fear that an attack is going to happen.
