Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I had sex with multiple partners last year and got tested for HIV after four months, and the result was negative. Repeated tests after eight months, and the test was negative. I also tested for HBsAg and HCV, which were negative, and did VDRL, which was also negative.
But I had a burning sensation for more than five months and pain in my right testicle; now, having white ulcers in my penis since yesterday. Is there anything more I need to do to clarify, or is it a sexually transmitted disease?
Please help.
Thanks.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern.
Do not worry. There may be some fungal infection there following friction injuries during intercourse. Take plenty of water daily. Clean it with soap and water regularly.
Apply candid total (Clobetasol) plus cream twice a day. I suggest you take capsule Itraconazole 200 mg once per day, capsule Doxt-SL (Doxycycline) twice a day on the first day and once per day from the second day onwards.
Use syrup Neeri four teaspoons in half a glass of water three times a day for seven days. Send me a follow-up after seven days. Send me a picture of the affected area of the penis. It will help to advise you properly.
I hope the information will help.
Thanks.
