Hello doctor,

I am a 22-year-old person weighing 163 pounds. There is an inflammation on my my lungs and I am suffering from it since one year and the usual beginning of the symptoms begin at night and then pain starts and I face problem in inhalation.

You have not mentioned the type of inflammation or what was your doctor's diagnosis. It can be either an early asthma, or spasm of rib-cage muscles or even due to heart problem. Consult your chest physician who will evaluate you. If he feels that you have a congenital heart problem, you will be referred to a cardiologist too.
