Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

What do you think the problem I have is? I have had this for a long while and I force myself to eat because I do not feel hungry, and the symptoms above. Where do I get the tablets?

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com,

Once more, thank you for allowing us to be of service to you.

We value the high level of confidence you have in us!

The problem appears to be due to a change in the intestinal microbiome. Friendly bacteria are normally present in the gastrointestinal tract (GIT). However, the number of unfriendly bacteria increases due to bad food habits, frequent oral antibiotics, etc. I can suggest a medicine depending on your locality.

I hope this information will help you. Please revert in case of more queries.

Thank you.

Hi,

They are for

1. Treatment of non-specific dyspepsia or gastritis.

2. A single tablet is for the elimination of intestinal parasites, if any.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor.

Do you reckon I should purchase them? Also, do you think I should speak to a specialist in my area about my symptoms if you think it is serious and persistent?

Kindly help.

Answered by Dr. J. N. Naidu

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

You use medications for 60 days. You purchase them. I do not think that you have a serious health issue. I presume that you are a nonsmoker and non-alcoholic. Avoid junk foods, carbonated beverages, icecreams, reduce coffee and tea to a minimum, or if you avoid them, it is better. We will review after 60 days.

I hope this information will help you. Please revert in case of more queries.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have finished the Optibac; however, I still have the same symptoms. Feeling full and bloated after a few bites, no appetite or feeling of hunger, sometimes feel sick after eating, food feeling in the throat, and sometimes wake up with a sore throat. I honestly do not know what else I can do.

Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

You had an endoscopy of upper GI- No pathology was found. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol. Avoid carbonated beverages, ice creams, cool drinks, etc. Reduce to a minimum coffee, tea, etc.

I hope this information will help you. Please revert in case of more queries.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

But I do not understand why I have the symptoms, or what is even causing them. It is disturbing my day-to-day, and I just want it to go away so I can feel some type of relief or hunger again. Plus, I do not smoke or drink ever, and these symptoms just came all of a sudden.

Kindly help.

Answered by Dr. J. N. Naidu

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Do not get upset. It appears to be a minor issue. You do not have any pathology, no loss of weight, etc. Stress and anxiety can cause this problem. Practice yoga, brisk walking, etc, for 45 minutes regularly. It will reduce your stress and may help you overcome your problem. Make sure to eat some fruits and boiled vegetables daily. Becosules z 20 capsules one capsule daily after dinner for 20 days.

I hope this information will help you. Please revert in case of more queries.

Thank you.
