Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have had sudden symptoms like fullness, bloating, loss of appetite, food coming back up after eating, nausea, etc. for the past three years. I also had an endoscopy upper GI, but nothing came up. However, I still have symptoms. I am an 18-year-old weighing 153 pounds and 5 feet 10 inches. Please help.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Your first query consult is on us!

I suggest you take capsule Becelac fortz (Biotin 100 mcg, Cyanocobalamin 15 mcg, Folic acid 1.5 mcg, Lactobacillus 2000 Million Spores, and Niacinamide 100 mg) one capsule daily after dinner for 60 days. Consult your doctor and take the medicine accordingly. I suggest you avoid junk foods, carbonated beverages, ice-creams, cool drinks, coffee, and tea, etc. Consume more boiled vegetables and fruits.

I hope this information will help you. Please revert in case of more queries.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

What do you think the problem I have is? I have had this for a long while and I force myself to eat because I do not feel hungry, and the symptoms above. Where do I get the tablets?

Thank you.

Hi,

Once more, thank you for allowing us to be of service to you.

We value the high level of confidence you have in us!

The problem appears to be due to a change in the intestinal microbiome. Friendly bacteria are normally present in the gastrointestinal tract (GIT). However, the number of unfriendly bacteria increases due to bad food habits, frequent oral antibiotics, etc. I can suggest you a medicine depending on your locality.
