Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am 35 years old and have been struggling with IBS-D for almost a year now. My symptoms get worse whenever I eat fried foods or drink milk. Does that mean I am lactose intolerant too? I also feel very tired all the time. Is it because I am not absorbing nutrients properly? Someone suggested I try a gluten-free diet. Will that help? My stomach makes a lot of noise during meetings. It is so embarrassing. Is that a common IBS symptom? I do not understand why my condition flares up so badly sometimes and is fine on other days. What triggers it? Can I ever eat normal food again without worrying about diarrhea? How do I explain this condition to my boss without sounding weird?
Kindly guide me.

Meanwhile, I suggest you follow the below-mentioned instructions:
Add Isabgol husk, two to three teaspoonfuls, at night.
Take zinc tablets for two weeks.
Add probiotics.
Avoid processed foods, spices, and fatty meals.
Please get back with the reports.
I hope this has helped you.
