What are the causes of stomach bloating?

Hello doctor,

I am 26 years old. For the past seven to eight years, I have been suffering from excess stomach gas, bloating, and constipation. Due to this excessive bloating and gas, I always feel like excess gas filled in my head, and nose and also in my nasal breathing.

In my childhood, I had a mild stammering. However, if my bloating increases and it reaches my head, my stammering worsens. I was not aware that this was due to an imbalance in my stomach and for the past month, after observation, I came to know that this is due to stomach problems and IBS (irritable bowel syndrome).

Further, I am overweight and obese. My father had a stone in his gallbladder. I am suspectingthat I may also have this problem.

So, please suggest to me which test I am required to undergo to find out whether there is any gallbladder issue. Also, apart from this, please suggest any other test for investigating my long-term conditions.
