Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com

I can understand your concern.

I would like to know if it is just cramps or is there any associated pain and redness in any localized area? If yes then it is not just a cramp and needs immediate medical attention. If only cramps, then drink a lot of milk and also just water for hydration. Do not take potassium tablets without the prescription or suggestion of a doctor please as an inappropriate dose can cause arrhythmia. The cramps should go away in a day. If they worsen, which should not happen, let me know. I hope this information helps. Thank you.
