Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 25-year-old woman, and I have noticed that my period lasts only for two days. However, it returns on the fourth or fifth day with spotting. Previously, my period used to last for four days, and it would return on the seventh day. But now, my period is becoming lighter, and the number of days it lasts is decreasing each year. I have undergone blood tests for thyroid, prolactin, hemoglobin, and pelvic ultrasound, and all the results have come back normal. Please help me diagnose the reason behind the decreasing duration of my period each year.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and understood your concern. Typically, a menstrual bleeding duration of two to eight days is considered normal. To address your concerns, I suggest you start taking two tablespoons of syrup Menoreg twice daily. Menoreg Syrup is a herbal formulation that combines various natural ingredients, traditionally used to promote women's health. It contains a unique blend of Ashoka, Lodhra, and Dhataki Pushpa, renowned for their properties in regulating menstrual cycles and alleviating menstrual discomfort. In addition to taking the medication, I suggest you follow below mentioned instructions:
Perform regular exercise and yoga asanas daily.
Consume more green leafy vegetables and fruits.
Stay hydrated by consuming at least three liters of water per day.
If you have not already done so, I suggest you get a complete blood count (CBC) test done to further evaluate your condition. I hope this has helped you. Kindly follow up if you have more doubts.
Thank you.
