Can cryptic pregnancy cause stomachache, decreased appetite, and fatigue?

Hello doctor,
Could I have a cryptic pregnancy? The last time I had sex was more than four months ago and yes we did use condoms. I had all of my periods since then and they were all regular and normal, some heavy, with clots. I have not been feeling nauseous, nor have I been experiencing any pregnancy symptoms. The only thing is that like a few days ago I started having a stomachache and a small appetite with slight fatigue. My weight has not changed at all, nor has my stomach, or my breasts.

I read your query and understand your concern. According to your description, there is no pregnancy or cryptic pregnancy as you are getting your regular periods. Cryptic pregnancy is very rare and in that monthly bleeding may occur but it is usually spotting. Stomach ache and decreased appetite could be because of other reasons like stress, and gaseous distention but still, if you have doubt you can do a blood test for clarification.
