Hello doctor,
I had a blocked nose for three years. The doctor advised me to undergo surgery to correct the deviated nasal bone. After the DNS (deviated nasal septum) surgery, I can breathe more freely than before. However, after one month, I started feeling some blockage in one nostril, which made me tense. Unfortunately, I tried manual breathing, and it has become a habit for the last 10 days. I feel very tense and anxious, and I cannot sleep at night. I am always thinking about my breathing in and out, which is very scary. What should I do? Please tell me after how many days I will return to automatic breathing.
