Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I have noticed some marks on my skin near my fingernails. They appear on one or two fingers, then vanish after about ten days, only reappearing near another finger. The affected area also feels rougher, similar to a callus. I have uploaded a picture for your reference. Kindly guide.
Thank you in advance.

Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
Thank you for your reply.
These marks are on my hands, not my feet. What is this?
Thank you.
Hi,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
I read your query and can understand your concern.
It seems like xerotic eczema, which means the skin is extremely dry. There is no cause for concern.
Keep the skin moisturized regularly. I suggest taking one tablet of Zinc (110 mg) daily after dinner for 30 days. Consult your doctor and take the medicines accordingly.
Kindly answer if you are experiencing itching. Is there irritation or pain? Is skin sensitive to touch?
I hope this helps.
Please revert in case of further queries.
Thank you.

Hi doctor,
Thank you for your reply.
I do not feel any irritation, itching, or pain; it just feels slightly different from the rest of my skin. Sometimes, I may have it and not even notice.
