Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am 20 years old and have recently started masturbating regularly. When I was 18 years old, I tried masturbation thrice using only my fingers. On the third occasion, I noticed some blood on my fingers, possibly because I inserted them deeper while sitting. As a result, I stopped after that. However, now it has become a daily habit for me. The issue I am facing is that two days ago, while masturbating, I used three pens (and have used other objects in the past). When I removed the pens, they were soaked in mucus as expected, but blood was also present. I did not worry too much about it, and the following day, I masturbated using only clitoral stimulation. However, when I attempted to insert even one finger, I noticed blood. Even today, I am still experiencing bleeding, including on my clitoris. Surprisingly, I do not feel any pain, cramps, or discomfort. Should I be concerned about these symptoms? Additionally, I must admit that I am overweight and currently on a diet after consulting with a dietician.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and understand your concern.
You may be causing self-injury during masturbation, which could be the reason for the bleeding. Additionally, using a pen is not sterile and can potentially cause an infection. It is advisable to seek a medical examination to investigate any potential injuries. Another possibility is that the bleeding could be related to your menstrual cycle or the rupture of the hymen. It is recommended to get it checked by a healthcare professional.
I hope this helps.
Thank you and take care.
Regards.
