Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am 23 years old and started masturbating when I was in school. Since then, I have struggled to control it, as it seems to control me. I eat a healthy diet, exercise five days a week, and have other responsibilities, but I still feel the urge at times. I am worried that it is affecting my genitals and sperm count, and I usually ejaculate within four minutes. During the previous month, I made an effort to uphold streaks as part of the antimasturbation website, and I managed to sustain my longest streak for 35 days. However, recently, I have found myself masturbating every two or three days. Can you please provide a solution for this?
Kindly help.
