Hi,
I am a 26-year-old male, and I used to indulge in sports activities since childhood, but now I am working in MNC. I have a habit of masturbation. So to stop the habit, I decided to go to the gym, but it has been one month, and I still masturbate at weekends. I knew that by masturbating, I would lose my energy and weight. I am passionate about building good muscles and becoming handsome, but my gym trainer has no hope. Should I go to the gym? Can I masturbate daily? Please help.

Masturbating two to three times a week is fine, but since your masturbation has started to affect your daily work routine, you must control it. You cannot stop masturbation totally because it is not a permanent solution. You can try these measures:

2) Keep your mind active and busy at all times, either through curricular or extracurricular activities.

4) Talk with your friends and family and join a gym with your friends so that you spend maximum time outside where you cannot indulge in masturbation.
I would recommend that you do not masturbate for 10 days and keep yourself busy when sexual thoughts come to your mind.
