I am very sorry about your medical condition. Do not worry I am here to take care of you. Regarding your symptoms, of meatus coming from your penis you have gonococcal urethritis. I suggest you to follow a few instructions mentioned below.

  1. Take an injection of Ceftriaxone 1g for 1 week.
  2. Take tablet Metronidazole 400 mg thrice a day.
  3. Take a capsule of Amoxiclav 625 mg twice daily.
  4. Take tablet Ketoconazole 200 mg every day.

If your symptoms persist, schedule another appointment for follow-up.
