Hello doctor,
I want to abort my wife's pregnancy. Our first child is only 9 months old. She is less than 9 weeks pregnant. What should we do? Kindly help.

I can understand your concern.
Ideally, till the 7th week, you can have MTP (Medical termination of pregnancy) by using tablets. But still, you can have a try with MTP as it is just less than 9 weeks. You may have to go for D&C if MTP is not successful.
Please consult with a gynecologist to get MTP done. For this, you may have to do a scan.
