Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a metallic taste in my mouth, and I usually get migraines a lot but last night my neck was really bad, stiff neck, and I felt like my head was full or clogged, and I had an unexplained seizure last week. I do not have epilepsy. I am constantly fatigued and feel weak. Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com

I read your query and understand your concern. I would like to know further details about your problem:

1. Since when did you start to have headaches?

2. Do you feel that headache in which areas of the head?

3. What kind of headache is this- heaviness, throbbing, stretching, bursting, shooting pain, electric current-like pain, or any other kind?

4. Is it severe, moderate, or mild?

5. Is the headache episodic only or some kind of persistent headache? In episodic headache, how long time one episode of it last (from onset to complete relief without medication).

6. How frequent are these headache episodes before and now? How many times in a week?

7. Do you feel any vomiting or feeling of vomiting, watering from the eye, redness in the eye, or nasal congestion during a headache?

8. How is your day today?

9. How is your sleep? How is your vision?

10. Have you noticed any trigger factors for this headache?

11. Do you have any ear discharge or hearing impairment?

12. What medicines have you taken and in what dosages?

13. What exactly happened in the seizure? What did you feel? If any eyewitness is present there, what does he or she watch during a seizure? Please elaborate.
