Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I have been having light bleeding for 19 days now. I am not sure what is wrong. I am really stressed out at this point. I am not feeling any pain, but it is worrying me. The blood is dark and almost black. Thank you.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern.
I understand that experiencing prolonged light bleeding can be concerning and stressful. I can provide some general information and advice. But seeing a gynecologist is a must for you. Light bleeding for 19 days without pain could be related to various factors, such as hormonal changes, a minor injury, or an underlying medical condition. If you have recently experienced a significant life event or change in your emotional state, stress can sometimes cause changes in your body, including bleeding. However, it is crucial to rule out more serious causes, such as polyps or other health issues. In the meantime, try to manage your stress levels through relaxation techniques, exercise, and seeking support from friends, family, or a mental health professional. Maintain a healthy lifestyle, eat a balanced diet, and ensure you are getting enough rest.
I hope this helps you.
Revert in case of queries.
