Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

You must be asking questions and paying attention to your health. Given your symptoms — nausea, migraines, and a late period (22 days), with heavy vaginal discharge, along with the medications you are currently taking, here are some important things to consider:

Pregnancy is possible, even with protection. Condoms reduce the risk of pregnancy, but are not 100 percent effective. The failure rate is about 13% per year with typical use. A missed or significantly late period and nausea can be early signs of pregnancy. Discharge that feels like a period but is not actual bleeding can also occur in early pregnancy. A pregnancy test is the first step. You can buy one from a pharmacy or ask a healthcare provider. It is best to take it first thing in the morning for the most accurate results.

Both medications can cause side effects such as nausea, headaches or migraines, appetite or weight changes, and, less commonly, hormonal shifts or menstrual irregularities. These side effects can overlap with early pregnancy symptoms, so it is important not to rely on symptoms alone. Emotional or physical stress can delay periods and cause nausea or headaches. Hormonal imbalances, such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or thyroid issues, can cause missed periods and changes in discharge. Some infections, whether vaginal or urinary, can also cause discharge and discomfort, though nausea is less commonly associated. Migraines with nausea are common in teenagers, especially those assigned female at birth, and can be linked to hormone fluctuations.

Take a home pregnancy test as soon as possible. Speak with a trusted adult, such as a parent, school nurse, or another adult you feel safe with, so that you are not handling this alone. It is also important to see a doctor, whether through urgent care, a pediatrician, or an obstetrician-gynecologist. They can confirm whether you are pregnant, check for other causes of a missed period and nausea, and ensure that your medications are still appropriate for you.

I hope this helps.

Take care.
